Who processes my payment? Do you see my card number?
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. We cannot view or store your sensitive payment data.
What data does Rip Chaser keep about me?
Deliberately little. Our database stores your subscription status, plan, renewal date, a Stripe customer reference, and your chase list and collection. Your login identity, such as your email or Google or Apple account, is held by Supabase, our authentication provider. We do not store your name or email in our own database. Payment and card details live only at Stripe. If you opt in to email updates, your email address is also held by Sender, our email provider, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
How do I cancel?
Open Account Settings and choose Manage Subscription to open your Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens to my chase list and collection if I cancel?
They are kept, not deleted. Cards from paid sets show as locked until you subscribe again, and everything unlocks exactly where you left it.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, in the same billing portal. When you switch, your billing is prorated automatically. The unused time on your current plan is credited toward the new plan, so you never pay twice for the same period.
What happens when a promotional price ends?
Promotional rates apply for the period stated in the offer. After that the subscription renews at the standard price then in effect. You can cancel before renewal if you do not want to continue.
What if my payment fails?
Stripe retries the charge automatically and your access continues during the retry window. If payment cannot be collected the subscription lapses to the free plan and your saved cards stay put.
